Eatimad Abbas

Eatimad Abbas is a midwife with a master’s degree in public health and over twenty years of clinical experience in Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (RMNCH), including nine years in academic midwifery education. She worked in different projects with UN agencies, including WHO and UNFPA, across Palestine and the MENA region.

Eatimad is a MISP and SRHR trainer with strong expertise in health program management, implementation, and research focused on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and gender-based violence (GBV).

She previously held the role of MENA Regional Programme Officer in the Maternity Foundation. Currently, she is Clinical Coordinator at the Maternity Foundation, where she supports clinical adaptations, develops training materials, and facilitates both virtual and in-person training sessions.

Eatimad is committed to advancing health rights, promoting gender equality, and applying evidence-based practices to improve health access and outcomes.
