Clinical and Program Manager, Ethiopia heaven@maternity.dkHeaven Workneh is a dedicated and experienced Clinical and Program Manager with significant experience in the field of Maternal Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) initiatives. She has a deep understanding of the complexities of Maternal Health Care, having obtained a Master's degree in Maternity and Reproductive Health from the Addis Ababa University School of Health Sciences and BSc in Midwifery from University of Gondar. With a fervent commitment to capacitate health care professionals, raising awareness in community health and contribute in quality health care service provision and contribute in reduction of Maternal Mortality and Morbidity, Heaven serves as a master trainer for both Helping Babies Survive (HBS) and Helping Mothers Survive (HMS) training packages. Her constant efforts to educate and empower health care providers, specially Midwives, demonstrate her passion for improving health outcomes, particularly in vulnerable populations. As an advocate for Maternal and Child Health, Heaven Workneh embodies the spirit of compassionate care and leadership in the field of Midwifery.
