Srikant Vaidyanathan is Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where for more than two decades he has advised CEOs and boards across biopharma, medtech, technology and, non-profit sectors on strategy, research and development, commercialisation and governance.  

He founded BCG’s Global Market Access Roundtables and has been a BCG Health Equity Fellow since 2022. Earlier in his career, he led the Research and Development, Manufacturing and Marketing unit at Corning Incorporated and now holds more than 30 global patents.  

He holds a PhD from the University of California, Santa Barbara, US, and currently serves on the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) Innovation and Business Board within UK Research and Innovation.
