Disha has joined Maternity Foundation as Monitoring, evaluation and learning Officer under Global Insights, research and learning team. She is supporting global team in data collection processes, monitoring and evaluations processes, research, analysis of data, visualization.

She comes with having the experience of working with UNICEF, USAID and Manyata. She has a good exposure on maternal health, child health and nutrition, where she supported the teams with gap analysis, data collection, generating insights, and monitoring project health.

Disha has done MBA in Health and Hospital management from IIHMR University, Jaipur Rajasthan and Bachelors in Biotechnology.
