Julie is a global health professional with 14 years of experience in programme development, strategic partnerships, and fundraising, with a strong focus on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). As Regional Head at Maternity Foundation, she leads a regional team and drives the scale-up of the Safe Delivery+ Programme across Asia (including India), the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), and Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), strengthening health systems by equipping midwives and health workers with tools that improve quality of care.

Julie brings a strong track record in donor relations and partnership-building, bridging programme implementation, resource mobilisation, and business development. She holds a master’s degree in international development, a bachelor’s degree in communication, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Danish, applying a collaborative and multicultural approach to advancing equitable, high-impact health initiatives.
