I am currently working at Maternity Foundation as a Maternal and child health officer my duties include overseeing program activities, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges proactively.

I have seven years of experience working in a variety of positions and organizations from local NGOs to international organizations. I have a master’s in public health general and a Bachelor of Science in midwifery. Before joining Maternity Foundation I worked as an emergency and humanitarian response program team leader working at Women Empowerment Action on projects that primarily worked with survivors of GBV in inter-displaced people settings, as well as collaborating on projects that worked towards the systematic change for a more equitable power structure within Ethiopia. I also have experience providing maternal and child health services in humanitarian settings at Medicine Sans Frontier and administration for refugees and returnees affairs.
