Pearl is part of the global clinical team and is based in India. She works with clinical content in the safe delivery app and provides need based clinical training.
Pearl is a nurse midwife holding a doctorate degree (PhD) from Pondicherry Central University, India. She has vast experience in the field of nursing and midwifery education and public health. In her previous assignments she had supported the Indian Nursing Council in rolling out the midwifery initiative in India and has contributed towards quality preservice nursing and midwifery education in the country. Her areas of expertise are program implementation, application of latest educational technology, midwifery curriculum integration, clinical training, and quality assurance in midwifery education.
