Purpose: To learn about the origin of infections leading to maternal sepsis

Infections causing sepsis are usually bacterial and can have their origin in many places. Let participants brainstorm on origin of infections that can cause maternal sepsis.
Write the suggestions on a board.
Afterwards, let participants watch the video subchapter “Origin of Infection” and note if anything is missing on the board.
A good rule of thumb is to memorize the 6 W’s.
